Our Brazing Processes
Brazing under protective atmosphere, Induction brazing.
We have three furnaces of different size, which allows us to be able to braze large and high parts.
The protective atmosphere is made with nitrogen and hydrogen, which bring a part clean and shiny.
The ensure the airtighness we can propose a leak test air/air. Indispensable in case of Safety parts.
Le brasage est une opération visant à solidariser des pièces entre elles par interposition et fusion d'un métal de liaison.
Le résultat de cette opération peut-être une brasure étanche ou une brasure de fixation selon les besoins du client.
Nous sommes équipé de bancs de test pour réaliser des tests basse pression Air/Air.
Nous brasons des pièces en acier ou en inox.
Le métal de liaison peut être :
- un alliage de plomb étain dit tendre
- un alliage argent ou argent/cuivre
- du cuivre pur
- un alliage d'aluminium dit brasure aluminium
